Directors - Please RSVP to LRGC President/Chair if you cannot attend.

LRGC Members: To arrange to address the LRGC Board at a Board or a General meeting - please email planning@lrgc.com well in advance of the scheduled meeting to advise us and to be placed on the agenda. 

Notes:

Feb meetings are the AGM and Elections and start at 7:00 pm - Doors open 6:15 pm.  Please bring your valid LRGC membership card to register to vote.

December meetings are special Boxing Day Planning meetings!
