We had our Howie Herridge Memorial shoot on June 27th and had a good turnout with 37 shooters attending. Everything went well with good weather, no major breakdowns, and no interruptions so the shoot wrapped up early and everyone headed for home by 2:30 pm. Our own Daryl Weber made Champion with Larry Badke as runner up.
The B.C. Provincial Championship Sporting Clays is on July 17 & 18th at Kamloops this year and will be 300 targets. Kamloops always puts on a good tournament and it is worth the trip if you want a challenge. This newsletter will be too late for the provincials but they have another 3 bird event in August.
